traffic, or far away from amenities such as grocery stores and pharmacies, for

The same type of search ethic applies to finding the perfect home to buy. Think
about the needs of yourself and your family now, and try to imagine what those
needs will be in a few years. You might need an extra bedroom for that little
bundle of joy you have always wanted, or one less bedroom if little Johnny is
almost old enough to move away to college. These points are true whether you
